We truly enjoyed Sunbird By Collection. The pool was useful during our vacation. No complains at all, the hotel met needs.

we will definitely go back there again as the hotel met standard. customer service was truly handy.

It was a gulfront condo

We were staying in the east tower room 102. The facilitie's outside walls and door were dirty entering room. When we got into the room we noticed torn furniture, broken blinds, 90% of the lightbulbs out in the bedroom. The main thing is that the toilet wouldn't flush. We reported this upon arrival, but it wasn't fixed until we were waiting on our money back after canceling. I have stayed at this facility before and I was really shocked how the property had gone down. We were misirable for 24 hours and will not stay there again.

The facility was close to the beach.

The room, 709, was in dire need of repair...holes in the wall, paint chipped off in many places. Bed very uncomfortable...serious sag in the middle. Major lower back pain after 5 night stay. Poor housekeeping....found a piece of a Trojan prophylactic package in the bed frame....Nice touch!!!! WiFi that didn't work.

Very clean, and loved the view and the location.

Not enough towels, wash clothes or no extra bedding for the hide a bed in living area couch.

The cleanliness of the room was ok. Also, rooms are outdated but not bad

We had a kitchen that came with plates, pots, and silverwave, and a microwave. We were right on the beach, which was very convenient.

We arrived to our room and it was dirty! There were used condoms on the bed; which wasn't made. The kitchen was a mess with used dishes and trash everywhere on the floor. There were dirty clothes in the bathroom, and urine in the toilet. It was as if no one took time to clean it. We spent an hour waiting to be put into another room.

It was an awful stay.

No pool was heated despite what they said. The internet worked about 10% of the time and even though it was panama city beach spring break they were incredibly rude from the start to young people.

It was on the beach!

The staff was rude, the room wasn't ready, no towels in the room.

It was cheap and in a central location for spring break. Older hotel, rooms have damage and bugs. We didn't spend much time in the room but as far as a place to sleep that is a 10 min walk from the main clubs, it isn't a bad idea.

It's an old hotel and the cabinets doors and carpets show it. The carpets had ants and other small bugs and bed dressing and covers were there since the 60's.
